Grow With Dill

Still good at this. A step behind on everything else?

The market changed and nobody sent the memo. I get it. I was there in 2023. Let’s chat, and I’ll show you what I did about it.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. Three quick questions first so I can make our time count.

Sound familiar?

You built a good business. Somewhere along the way it stopped feeling good.

01

You’re running on empty.

Your production is fine. You are not.

02

Everyone’s posting like they figured it out.

Video, AI, social. When exactly were you supposed to learn it, between the showings and the 9 PM texts?

03

It’s lonely at the top of a spreadsheet.

You’re doing it all alone.

04

Your brokerage knows your numbers, not your name.

Nothing is wrong with you. The way people find an agent changed, and nobody handed you a map.

But the map keeps changing. Every month you spend running on empty is a month someone else spends getting seen, and the gap gets harder to close the longer you wait.

If this sounds like you, thirty minutes is a good place to start.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. If it’s not a fit, you still leave with ideas.

Meet Dill

I was a step behind too.

In 2023 the market slowed down and listings that used to sell just sat there. I did everything I knew how to do and it wasn’t enough. I wasn’t bad at my job. The way I reached people was built for a different market.

I’d only ever worked at boutique brokerages. I had no idea how big the real estate world was out there. I was burned out and looking for someone to model my business after, and none of it felt right. I wanted more than one stream of income, but I didn’t want to run a second business to get it. That search is why Agent Inspired exists.

So I went looking. Hundreds of conferences. A few hundred thousand dollars in events and coaching. I learned from Brendon Burchard, Fabienne Fredrickson, Krista Mashore, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Alex Hormozi.

Today I co-host the Real Estate Energized podcast and organize PDX Rally, and I bring what I find back to agents who are standing where I stood.

Here’s what all of it taught me. The agents who last are the kind ones, and tech can help you be kind to more people without burning out.

The best agents I know weren’t short on skill. They were short on connection.

It’s not about your resources. It’s about your resourcefulness.

The sit-down

I said no to eXp more than once.

I’d been asked to join eXp more than once, and I snubbed it every time. Until someone I actually liked got me to sit down and look at the business model and everything it offered.

Somewhere in that conversation I added up what I’d paid my brokerage over the years. I’m the one bringing the clients. I’m the one making the content. I’m the face on the sign. I’m the brand. What exactly was I paying for? I couldn’t unsee it.

So I sat down, and I joined. After that, I had a constant state of momentum: specialty training, niche groups and communities to build alongside, and exciting events and conferences.

I’m not asking you to switch today. I’m asking for the same thing someone asked of me: sit down and look at it with open eyes. If it’s not for you, you’ll know in thirty minutes. If it is, you may wonder what you were waiting for.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. If it’s not a fit, you still leave with ideas.

Stay ahead

Use tech to be more human. Two games, and most agents only work on one.

Visible

The visible game

AI, video and social are where your clients already look. I’ll show you what I use, from scripting my Reels to AI follow-ups I still edit in my own voice, and what to skip.

Inner

The inner game

What carries you when the week goes sideways: how you reset after a rough day, protect your energy and stay kind under pressure.

Tech carries the busywork. You carry the relationships.

Who this is for

This is for the agent who already does the work.

This is for you if

  • You have a real book of business and you show up for it.
  • You want to stay ahead of where the market is going, and use tech to be more human, not less.
  • You’re ready to try things, not just collect ideas.
  • You’d like a guide who has been where you are.

This is probably not for you if

  • You’re looking for leads handed to you.
  • You want results without the effort.
  • You’re not ready to change anything yet.

Whatever size your dream is, there’s room for it here.

Honest questions

The four things I’d be asking, if I were you

“I’m happy where I am.”

Good. I was too. I said no more than once, and I still had to ask myself what I was paying for. Thirty minutes is all it takes to find out whether you’d answer differently.

“I don’t want to give up my brand.”

You don’t have to. You built it. You keep it.

“I don’t have time to learn something new.”

That’s exactly why a guide helps. I’ve already tried most of it, so you don’t have to.

“What happens to my current deals and clients?”

That’s one of the first things we map. We look at your timing together so nothing in progress gets disrupted.

Still reading? That usually means it’s worth thirty minutes.
